how to enable cookies???

i was trying to log into the site and it said somthing like sorry you have to enable cookies or something idk how to though D:
im using internet explorer but im not sure what version of it my google chrome wont let get on it either please help!

I use google chrome to get on the site, that seems to work for me. To allow IE to get on te site you have to go to enternet settings, click settings, then type in www.lostinception.com for websites allowed.

Okay, you go to your user control panel, then search cookies, then click, enable/disable cookies. There will be this thing where you have to move it down to allow all cookies. Heres a screenie:
